Dear friends in the Philippines

Member of Indonesian women’s Coalition and I are deeply saddened by the loss of life and property, injuries and extensive damage done by Super Typhoon Yolanda.
Children, pregnant and lactating women, the elderly and people with disabilities more vulnerable and suffer because of this disaster

I believe that The Philippines has always demonstrated resilience in the face of adversity and I am confident that the spirit of Bayanihan will unite you all to rebuild lives
Â
We also hope that the Indonesian government and the leaders of other countries, especially ASEAN members,
will demonstrate solidarity and provide support for the government and people of the Philippines, to life in the Philippines to recover.

Long experience of dealing with major disasters in Indonesia, making us able to feel the burden carried by the Philippines.
We learn from experience, that by maintaining hope, we will have the strength to live and fight
So please, keep your hopes
